The location is wonderful, set in a peaceful area. Plus, the airport is just 0.5 km away. I really liked that the chalet came with a kitchenette, which made it convenient. 😊.

We took a villa and it had a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. We had views of garden. The hotel was in a perfect location so close to waterfalls, and nearest public transport. It also was to the tourist attractions.

truly enjoyed the special atmosphere and modern superior family villa with a kitchen. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were available too. the staff were excellent and affable in case of questions.

This hotel offered a studio with convenient amenities like an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea-making equipment, and a television, and it's situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to a shopping center and beautiful mountains.

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Cascades Holiday Park. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and helpfulness. the cabin was spacious, well-equipped, and kept immaculate, which made it very comfortable. the tranquil environment and stunning views added to the charm, creating a peaceful ambiance. I loved that everything I needed was so close, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby shopping centre and other amenities.

We loved the peaceful location, close proximity to shops, accessibility to major attractions, and spectacular views of the mountainous terrain from our deck. The hotel facilities such as the pool and playground were great for our children, and we appreciated the personal touch of Wilson the rock at our cabin to meet us for the late night check-in.

The room had a beautiful view and I really enjoyed it. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. I was lucky to receive a free upgrade and it made my trip even better. This place was a great choice for my vacation.

We stayed in a clean small cabin with comfortable beds, which was excellent value for money. The staff greeted us warmly and were always ready to help. The cabin had a nice patio where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We loved the location nestled in the hills, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The crystal-clear creek just a short walk away was a delightful spot for our kids to play and explore. This place is perfect for families, with plenty of safe areas for children to ride their bikes and scooters. The proximity to Crystal Cascades and the great bike paths was also a plus. we had a wonderful stay and definitely plan to return.

Spent the New Year’s holiday at a beautiful location with great amenities. Enjoyed a lovely swimming pool and a fun playground that my grandson loved. The cabin had a spacious living space and a magnificent view of the mountains and rainforest.

Although everything was clean, the facilities weren't always working perfectly during our stay. We had issues with curtains and kitchen chairs, and the toilet lock was broken.

The nearby waterfalls and proximity to Kuranda train and skyrail added to the overall charm of the park. We especially loved the nice terrace where we could relax in the evening and enjoy the pleasant views of the surrounding hills. The cabin itself was well-designed and had two bedrooms, each with its own AC, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. The walking/running path along the nearby stream was an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy nature at its finest. I highly recommend Crystal Cascades Holiday Park for a memorable stay in Cairns.
